Most properties have some kind of fencing weather it be a property boundary to or fencing to create privacy or block out noise. An array of materials can be used to build your fence. Materials can be combined for example brick and timber or timber and hedging to achieve different looks.

Merbau Screening
Hedges – As An alternative hedges can be planted as fences and are an environmentally friendly way of creating privacy. These evergreen plants are planted in close proximity to one another forming dense foliage, which is easily pruned. When small shrubs are planted they must be given time to grow to your specific height. However you may purchase matured plants to rectify this waiting period.
Treated Pine picket post and rail and lap and cap – Has been used for decades as the preferred timber due to its resilience against decay and termite attack. It may be stained naturally or painted to any desired colour.
Timber Fences and Gates
Post & Rail – Are usually wood beams to create a simple look fence, often seen in larger rural properties. They can very in the number of rails and can be painted any colour.
Picket style – Are also treated to resist decay and weathering. They can be designed in all different shapes and patterns. There are varied colours, designs and materials to pick from.
Brick & Block walls – Bricks and Blocks can be used to create small to large scale fencing solutions. Bricks may also be rendered or painted to your choice of colour and texture. Or they can simply be left as there natural colour. They are excellent for blocking out noise and giving privacy to your yard.

Glass – Is commonly used in balcony fencing or pool fencing. It creates a modern open planed appeal allowing all aspects of your garden to be on display. They only maintenance is cleaning which can be tricky on high balconies but other than that is long lasting and maintenance free. Glass fencing can come with or without frames or railings depending on your decision.
Steal/ aluminum – Fencing range from Colour bonded steal to decorative fencing. Colour bond is ideal for privacy screening and noise. Decorative consists of, steel or aluminum bent into different patterns and colours. They do not create privacy or noise protection but are aesthetically pleasing and can add value and character to your garden. You can choose the colour and style in both forms depending on your needs.

Pergola & Patio’s
Elite Scapes will install or build any sized pergola into your garden. They are usually attached to house structures such as walls and guttering and have steal poles for support. Pergolas can support roofing such as Polycarbonate, Steel Colour Bond and Fiberglass translucent materials. The underside of your roof can also have timber installed to give a real modern appeal. Qualities that pergolas and patio’s possess include Durability Waterproof, UV protection and shelter from rain and heat.
